On June 2, 2019, all employees of Wuxi Qihe Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. came to the beautiful Lianghong Wetland Park to participate in a day of training activities.

Early in the morning, we arrived at the expansion site. In the morning warm-up game, the coach gradually guided us to understand the teamwork in the training, learn to meet difficulties before the test, grasp the rare opportunity, to achieve the melting team, surpass ourselves, Pursuit of excellence!

Group competition, challenge upgrade

Before the expansion of the mission officially started, the coach divided us into six teams and told us that the six teams will be competing opponents and partners for bigger and more difficult tasks in the next mission execution.

Each team has a banner that symbolizes the honor of each team. The name of the team, the slogan and the team logo will be written on it. In the execution of the task, everyone will express their own ideas and participate in the task, because only the concerted efforts can complete each task in the expansion training.

Six major projects, successive PK

In the expansion projects of “Pearl Miles”, “Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea”, “Super Hanno Tower”, “Joining the Ladder”, “Poker Passing Flour” and “Hexagon Tug-of-War”, the teamwork and game contests have also made the original Colleagues from different departments who are unfamiliar are gradually becoming familiar with each other and establishing the belief that unity will win.

Support each other and create miracles

When faced with tasks that seem impossible to accomplish, how are they the best and the fastest? The players have expressed their own ideas. During the game, we will cheer each other, and we will have differences, arguments, and even complaints and blame. But when we calm down, unite as one, support each other, focus on completing tasks, we can often create miracles!

Gain success and feel successful

At the end of the training, everyone was very tired, but when they completed the challenge and won the prize, they also made everyone feel the joy of success. Many of the colleagues who participated in the training were very grateful for this event: in the face of the difficulties in the work, we always have various emotions, and we feel that we can't do it and we can't do it well. However, through the completion of the tasks in a series of activities, we found that it is not that we can't do it, we can't do it well, but we want to see if we are willing to spend more energy and thought.

Finally, the six teams synthesize a team. The name of the team is “Summing Stainless Steel” and the members are all colleagues of Qiuhe Stainless Steel Company. We are in the group photo that we are a TEAM!
