Cutting-to-length
The decoiler machine is a machine which conducts a series of machining operations such as uncoiling, leveling and shearing of metal sheet. Steel plates from a steel plant are coiled. Uncoiling is to turn a rolled steel plate into a flat plate, namely, “uncoiling and leveling”. The rolled steel strip is unrolled and leveled and cut into a specified length, which is called “uncoiling plate”.
